Our Foundation

G Prasad & Associates was founded in January of 2002 by Gyaneshwar Prasad.

Gyaneshwar Prasad, a qualified chartered accountant and member of Fiji Institute of Accountants, with more than 30 years of Accounting, Audit, Taxation and Business Advisory Services experience. We are the steadily growing local firm representing clients from diverse economic sectors in Fiji. We aim to be the most efficient and effective tax and business consultancy firm in Fiji.

Our Growth

This practice has experienced a steady growth in past 19 years having client base in most parts of Fiji. The positive growth is direct result of firm’s policy of providing prioritized and reliable customer services supported by versatile human resource, a result of continued investment in HR development and currently have sufficient employees.

Foreign Investors form large proportion of firm’s clientele as there are more referrals by existing clients who have found our prompt services of value to their projects when establishing businesses in Fiji, this has been possible by: Developing an expertise in foreign investor services particularly with FTIB approvals, Immigration Department, Companies Office and all relevant authority approvals related to business establishment in Fiji. Developing good working relationships with relevant authorities and; Pro-active approach to facilitating quick turnaround time with applications and approvals.
